Vintage, Japanese, hand dyed, artisan cotton. Periodically, there is a faint, almost imperceptible line where the stencil was lifted to repeat. A high quality, artisan dyed cotton.
Light weight fabric with deep, rich dye. It is a deep, dark blue not black. Bolt would have been used for a yukata. Excellent condition. It is a couple of centimeters wider than the typical bolt.
