Traditional Japanese kasuri/ikat cotton. Artisan made. Natural indigo. the rough selvedge edges show this was hand woven on a loom. The indigo dye is very deep blue and it is interwoven with a soft mustard-yellow-brown thread. A very high quality piece with rich natural dyes and a tight weave.
