Hand dyed. Vintage Japanese indigo cotton. Almost black, actually dark blue. Unusual dots of pink and blue. Every so often there is a break / line along the width where the pattern ends and begins again (see last pic.). Probably a batik.

Full bolt intended to make a yukata / light casual kimono which would be worn to relax in summer.

The yukata this would have made would have been worn at a matsuri / summer street festival, firework show or just to relax around an onsen town.
