A pair of zoukin. Japanese hand made cloth used for cleaning, usually the wooden floor. It is a layered textile bound with sashiko.

The layers of fabric are high quality ikat cotton. Hand dyed with botanical dye.

The zoukin is held together with hand sewn sashiko stitching

Highly collectable. This could be used as a place mat or a decoration on a small table. Perhaps it could seat a special ornament.
