Love this! Vintage Japanese haori jacket. Handmade. Woven ikat silk. This is a fantastic 1980s kitsch design. The pattern in made up of woven ikat silk and clouds of pink, green and mustard yellow dye. The white and red slashes are woven into the fabric. Lined with a white / cream floral silk. Woven ties at the front.

Excellent condition. Excellent quality.

Width, across back: 59cm / 23.22"
Cuff to cuff, across the back: 124cm / 48.81"
Length: 84cm / 33.07"

Measurements taken laying flat. For chest circumference double the width measurement.

Dress form is a US size 6 to 8.

Generally, these jackets fit a wide range of sizes due to the open, loose design.

Traditionally worn over a kimono, this could easily be incorporated into a Western wardrobe.
